ICU IV Free v8.0.1 — Free Privacy Edition
No patient identity fields
ICU IV Free does not include fields for patient name, medical record number, bed or room, hospital, or attending physician. These fields exist only in ICU IV Professional, where they support patient-linked workflow features.
Body weight is used only for the current calculation
Body weight is required for weight-based dose calculations. It is entered directly into the calculation in your browser's memory, is not saved to persistent storage, and is discarded when you close or refresh the page.
No persistent clinical records
ICU IV Free does not save clinical values, calculations, summaries, or infusion timers to local storage, session storage, IndexedDB, a background worker, or a server. Each calculation exists only in memory while the page is open.
No saved infusion sessions
The current calculation's completion time and time-remaining display are session-only. They are not restored after a page refresh and are not tracked across browser tabs.
No Free ICU Monitor
The multi-patient ICU Monitor is a Professional-edition workflow feature. It is not present in ICU IV Free.
No clinical values included in analytics
Clinical values entered into ICU IV Free are processed locally and are not transmitted to ENKI Clinical or included in analytics. Cloudflare Web Analytics measures aggregated page usage, country, device and performance information without receiving medication inputs or calculated results.
Legacy-data purge
On first launch after updating from an earlier version, ICU IV Free selectively removes obsolete local-storage keys left behind by prior licensing and session-tracking systems (for example, legacy trial and license markers, and the prior session registry). This purge is selective — it does not clear all local storage for this origin, so it does not affect unrelated site data such as your saved appearance preference.
Cloudflare Web Analytics disclosure
ICU IV Free is compatible with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which measures aggregated page usage, country, device and performance information without cookies or device fingerprinting. It does not receive medication inputs, calculated results, or any other clinical values.
